Qi Dragon offers different levels of Qigong training programs that would fit different levels of commitment, interest and practice needs. Currently we have Qigong Introductory Program, Qigong Formal Study Program and Qigong Certificate Program.You may directly start with any of these programs.
Qi Dragon Qigong Formal Study Program or Heavenly Essence Qigong Program is a dedicated formal study of the Heavenly Essence Qigong System. Our intention is to present the original teachings as they were transmitted in China. This program is an authentic, formal and progressive training of the Heavenly Essence Qigong System.
Heavenly Essence Qigong integrates the essence of the Daoist Qigong, Medical Qigong, Buddhist Qigong, Martial Qigong and Confucian Qigong and is one of the most comprehensive Qigong systems available. It is well known for its powerful healing effects, comprehensive theories, easy-to-follow practices, deep insights and successful life science experiments both in healing and in spiritual cultivation. The system reveals some of the most advanced Qigong cultivation methods through its easy-to-understand modern language and techniques and makes the esoteric ancient traditions accessible to the general public in the modern life style. Through the progressive formal study of the system students will learn how to expel sick Qi, nourish good Qi, project External Qi (Wai Qi) with dynamic Qigong exercises and perform Qi healing on self and on others with the Te Yi (Special Medicine) healing methods as well as the Daoist alchemical practices of Microcosmic Orbit, Macrocosmic Orbit, Embryonic Breathing and Nei Dan (Internal Alchemy) practices.
Qi Dragon is one of the few places that offers this comprehensive and advanced Qigong system outside China. This systematic and advanced study of Heavenly Essence Qigong system offered by Qi Dragon provides a rare opportunity for profound healing and spiritual awakening.
Qi Dragon Qigong Formal Study Program offers the original four levels of Qigong starting from the very fundamental health benefiting practices in Level 1 to Medical Qigong healing practices in Level 2, to the advanced transformative practices in Level 3 and ending with the wisdom cultivation in Level 4. This program allows students to take the Instructional Courses for each level at any time individually but consecutively over any length of time. Our Qigong Formal Study Program generally offers CEUs for Acupuncturists(L.Ac.) and Registered Nurses(RN) upon approval. Level 1 and 2 are offered to the general Qigong students. Level 3 and 4 are only offered to Heavenly Essence Qigong system lineage students.

Qi Dragon Qigong Formal Study Program: Heavenly Essence Qigong Level 1
Level 1 formal study teaches you Nine Marvelous Methods for building your own health, reformed Daoist alchemical Microcosmic Orbit practice and Six Medical Qigong healing methods. This level gives you the most important tools as a Qigong practitioner and Qigong healer.

Qi Dragon Qigong Formal Study Program: Heavenly Essence Qigong Level 2
Prerequisite: Level 1 Formal Study.
Level 2 formal study focuses on our Te Yi (Special Medicine) or more commonly known as Medical Qigong healing methods and the study of Eight Universal Laws. Your understanding of the nature of Qi and Yinian will be deepened and you will learn some most useful Medical Qigong tools for healing for self and others.

Qi Dragon Qigong Formal Study Program: Heavenly Essence Qigong Level 3
Prerequisite: Level 1 & 2 Formal Study and receives Bai Shi. No CEU credits.
According to the Heavenly Essence Qigong tradition, Level 3 and above are only taught to students who have received Bai Shi ceremony and wish to commit to this lineage of cultivation. You may request to become a Bai Shi student anytime during your level one or two study by writing us a statement of intention. A Bai Shi ceremony will be held for a group of students at a date chosen by Qi Dragon.
Level 3 Formal Study is taught over 10 days in a retreat setting combining instructional training, silent retreat and 3-day Qigong Fasting. Level 3 focuses on Samadhi Developing and deeper healing.

Qi Dragon Qigong Formal Study Program: Heavenly Essence Qigong Level 4
Prerequisite: Levels 1 – 3 Formal Study. No CEU credits.
Level 4 Formal Study is taught over a 10-day instructional retreat including Qigong Fasting for 3 or 5 days. If condition allows, this training might involve 3 or 5 day dark room training with the Qigong fasting. Level 4 focuses on Wisdom Developing and deeper healing.

There is no Certificate Program for Level 4. Certificate Program students continue their studies with the Formal Study Program

Qi Dragon Qigong Formal Study Program does not certify a student to teach Heavenly Essence Qigong system until a student completes the required Qi Dragon Certificate Program and Qi Dragon Certified Qigong Instructor Program. We caution you from learning Heavenly Essence Qigong from anyone who has not received sufficient training and is not certified to teach.
