The information on this page applies to all Qi Dragon administered workshops.   
If you need to registering for workshops sponsored by other organizations, i.e. Zen Center, you must register directly with that organization.  For workshops not listed in the Registration forms below, please refer to the workshop descriptions for specific registration instructions.

Space is limited!! Make sure to apply early to save your spot and to receive the Super Early Registration Fee!

Registration Deadlines
Super Early Registration: form & payment postmarked 30 days before the workshop
Early Registration: form & payment postmarked 10-29 days before the workshop
Regular Registration: form & payment received 0- 9 days before the workshop

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Full refund for cancellation made 20 days before the workshop minus a $20 processing fee. 80% refund for cancellation made 7 days before the workshop. Cancellations made within 7 days before the workshop will be nonrefundable but a credit will be granted towards a future applicable equivalent workshop and is valid for one year. All cancellations need to be made in writing. No credit for partial workshop or any missed classes.
