Qigong Intensives are special opportunities for existing students to immerse themselves in Qigong practice. It could be a day, a weekend or several days of intensive practice training. These events usually have prerequisite requirements. Please verify the prerequisites and don’t sign up if you have never fulfilled the requirements. Preregistration is needed for attending these events. Please no drop-ins. Certificate Program Alumni needs to register 2 weeks prior for these events and there is no refund or credit for any no-shows.
Qigong Intensive Practice Day ( 8 CEUs upon approval)
A Qigong Intensive Day (9am-5pm) is a great way of deepening the Qigong instructions you have received from our instructional Qigong workshops. We are offering Qigong Intensive Days to focus on some specific practices. Usually there are 8 CEUs for this event for Registered Nurses and Licensed Acupuncturists upon approval. Please verify CEU eligibility with each listed event.
Please note if you sign up online for an event that you don’t meet the prerequisite, there will be no refund but a credit towards a future Qi Dragon event. Please verify the prerequisite before you sign up for the specific Intensive Day event.
A Sample of a general Qigong Intensive Day tentative schedule: (details may vary for each event. )
9am-10:30am 30 min Sword Finger Stance with Moving like a pupa and Shaking Qigong;
10:30am-11am Walking Qigong;
11-11:30am Paired opening the orbit
11:30am-12:30pm Lifting Kidney or Static Qigong CD
12:30-1:30pm Lunch ;
1:30pm-2:30pm Sleeping Qigong or Nourishing Qi Meditation;
2:30pm-2:45pm Walking Qigong;
3pm-3:45pm Dynamic Qigong/Microcosmic Orbit Qigong or Medical Qigong
4:00pm-5:00pm Lecture or Q&A Discussion
Tea and water is available onsite. You may bring your snack and bag lunch (microwave onsite available) or eat out nearby for lunch. You may want to bring some cushion and blanket if you prefer lying down practice.

Qigong Intensive Practice Day for Certificate Program Graduates:
All Formal Study Program weekend workshop days can be taken as an Intensive Practice Day for our Certificate Program Graduates for the level you have completed study for. CEUs vary for different courses and will be included in your retaking tuition without any additional fee.
