Workshop Description:

Tai Yi Xing Bu Gong or Swimming Dragon Walking Gong 太乙行步功 is a rare and beautiful form from the Daoist lineage of Grandmaster Yu Anren. It combines Qigong and Taichi principals into a fun walking form with gentle and graceful stretches to promote flexibility, balance, strength and inner peace.  Those movements are good for strengthening the bones, improving balance and flexibility as well as increasing internal Qi, invigorating blood circulation and refreshing the mind.

Swimming Dragon Walking Gong is simple to remember, fun to learn and good for people of all ages.
