Qi Dragon® Teaching Activities
Heavenly Essence Qigong Level 1 includes Level 1 Formal Study Program, the instructional courses on Level 1 Part I, II & III and Level 1 Te Yi Medical Qigong Certificate Program Retreat, a comprehensive study for deepening Level 1 Formal Study in a retreat setting.
Qi Dragon® Qigong Formal Study Program is our Qigong instructional courses that focus on transmitting the original teachings of Heavenly Essence Qigong system. This program makes available to the practitioner a clear, open and complete system to achieve the goals of a highest level of body, mind and spirit cultivation. Level 1 & 2 Qigong focus on the life preservation practices and Te Yi Medical Qigong® for healing . Level 3 and above focus on Dao cultivation and spiritual transformation.
Level 1 Qigong Formal Study Program is offered either as 3 parts non-residential weekend training or a 8-day Level 1 Formal Study Retreat.
Level 1 Part I: Life Preservation Qigong (2-day weekend Training)
Level 1 Part II: Microcosmic Orbit Qigong (2-day weekend Training)
Level 1 Part III: Te Yi Medical Qigong (3-day Training that includes two-day Te Yi instructional course and one-day Qigong Intensive Day for Te Yi practicum)

Level 1 Te Yi Medical Qigong Certificate Program (8-day Retreat)
If you wish to become a Te Yi Medical Qigong Certified Practitioner or a Certified Heavenly Essence Qigong instructor or simply desire to have a more comprehensive and intensive study to deepen your Level 1 Qigong study, this training is designed for you.
**Please note that our Certificate Program is offered separately from the Formal Study Program. Make sure you complete the Formal Study Program before you take the Certificate Program retreat.
